Allow Text changes /colour/ font etc on all eCreator templates

A small win but highly irritating! Currently each eCreator Template has a unique way of handling what can be changed on the template. For example certain templates do not allow you to change the text colour or colour of the background boxes etc. For example FAQs, Horizontal Tabs, (Vertical Tabs is an awful colour!)
